The antenatal clinic for practice patients is held at the Higher Blackley SureStart Centre further down Victoria Avenue, on the corner of Cooper Lane every Monday.

The team of District (Community) nurses associated with the practice are based at Harpurhey Health Centre. We meet with them regularly and have a close working relationship. They deal quickly and efficiently with our chronically ill, housebound and elderly patients and patients who have recently been discharged from hospital and need follow-up care. Usually patients acquire the services of the district nurse through referral from their GP or hospital.
The health visitor is involved with patients between birth and 5 years and will introduce themselves after the birth of a new baby or when new patients join the list. Although we do not currently have a named Health Visitor, we have close links with a small team of Health Visitors who cover our area.
We are able to give you contact details for the team if required.
